Spring on the way, spring-cleaning can be the start of so many new things . . . Domesticity is not one of my strong suits, but it is still important to get a bit of housekeeping sorted out before All Fool’s Day signals that ‘spare time’ is, once again, nicely spoken for. A vital chore, which must be completed, has this year been forcefully brought to my attention on seeing pictures from last season of myself in my, supposedly stealthy, fishing clothes. My favourite hat showed up almost white!
