Delivery

We usually have all current titles in stock for immediate despatch via Royal Mail, and your order will normally be with you within 5-7 working days. However, as our books are hand-bound this may not always be possible, and in this event we will inform you of any delay in delivery. UK orders over £40 will be sent free to all UK destinations. Overseas postage will be sent by International Recorded Delivery. If your order is under £40 or you are ordering from overseas, please add the required postage supplement to the quoted price of the book. If you require a book urgently please call our office on 01691 623225.

Reserving Copies of Books
It is not necessary to send money in advance to reserve a copy of any forthcoming title. Simply reserve online, by telephone, e-mail, fax, or confirm your interest by post. We will then reserve a copy, and will contact you just prior to publication to request payment before despatch. Please note that we allocate numbers for limited edition copies strictly in the order in which requests are received.

The Medlar Press Guarantee
If you find that anything you have bought is not satisfactory, or is damaged in transit, please return it to us (in the same or similar quality packaging) within seven days. Please contact us for our FREEPOST returns address. We will immediately refund your money in full, or replace the item, whichever you prefer. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Publication dates, prices, specifications and availability of all books featured are subject to alteration or cancellation at the publisher's discretion. Any changes will be notified before fulfilling your order.
